My name is Christine Shapiro. I have been sculpting since the Spring of 2007. I put my heart and soul into each creation. I absolutely love what I do. Aside from sculpting I am a wife to a wonderful husband of 17 years who is also my best friend. Together we have been blessed with four children.

I am a self-taught artist. I have developed my sculpting style after many hours, days and months of trial and error. I can usually envision a little face in my mind before I even start molding the clay but many times it will take on a completely different look than I first imagined. I never quite know what sort of little baby lies just beneath the clay - waiting to be brought to life. It has been challenging but I have a deep love for this art, determination and a wonderful supportive family.

All of my dolls are completely hand-made and one-of-a-kind originals. I only use the highest quality materials available - always with the collector in mind.

I am still amazed at the transformation process that starts as a lump of lifeless clay. I try to capture those precious moments of babyhood that are all too short. The wide eyed wonder of infants and their priceless expressions.

I think my dolls reflect who I am and what I love. Since we live in a world of mass production I think people appreciate the love and time that goes into a handmade creation.




I dedicate this site to my family. My husband, my children and my Mom and Dad. Without their love, support and encouragement I would have never continued in this endeavor.

Last but certainly not least... I give all of the thanks to the Lord. He has gifted me with a talent to create and I feel very blessed to be able to share it with others.
